My name is Roy A. Dockery, I am a leader in the service industry, keynote speaker and the architect of a Leadership framework that uses truth, love and empathy to maximize impact. I work with organizations and professionals to transform culture and maximize the impact of their most influential leaders.

I am a former military, millennial executive who has successfully led cross generational diverse teams in several industries. More than any other time in history we are seeing three to four generations in the workplace that require a new perspective on team leadership. 

As an author, I share this transformative framework in my book titled The Art of Leading, Truth Love and Empathy in Action - along with clear examples of applying the 13 key principles.

In fact, I was recently recognized as one of Hot Topics top 100 Service Visionaries by a panel of global industry experts. As a result of my work, leaders from multiple generations have gained greater perspective, insight, empathy, influence and impact within and across functional teams.

On a personal note, I am a husband, and father of four and enjoy spending my free time serving causes that focus on restorative justice. My mission is to help leaders lead lives that benefit their families, communities and businesses.
